Gratitude House is able to restore hope to the lives of many women and children thanks to the support of our generous donors.
Capital Campaigns
With our clinical programs serving more clients annually than ever before, combined with the wear and tear of time, our structural facilities are in need of both renovations and expansion. We hope that our donors will consider the opportunities that exist for vital cornerstone donations which will ensure that Gratitude House maintains the standards needed to provide the best treatment environment possible for the women and children we serve.
In 2007, we embarked upon a long-term, multi-phase expansion plan for the facility and in 2011 we integrated a much needed renovation plan for our existing residential building. The expansion projects we have outlined in our Capital Campaign are designed to enhance the services offered at Gratitude House, maximizing the care we provide and the life skills opportunities for our clients and their children.

PHASE I - Completed May 2012
Phase I of our Capital Campaign was realized when our on-site Thrift Store construction was completed in 2010. Today, our Thrift Store provides a valuable revenue source for our programs and is a place where our residents learn valuable job skills.
Phase II – Nursery and Child Care Center
Phase II will consist of the build out of a Nursery and a child care center including the construction of a Playground, where the children and babies of our residential and outpatient clients will be provided comprehensive day care. The child care center will also be used to enhance and facilitate our Family and Parenting education programs.
Capital Renovations Projects
In 2011, after a thorough evaluation of our campus buildings, the Board of Directors endorsed our Capital Renovations Project to address the substantial repairs that are needed to be made to our Residential Building:
New Roof – COMPLETED MAY 2012 - Thanks in part to a grant from Lost Tree Village Charity Foundation
Renovation of our residential rooms and bathrooms – Phase 1 is scheduled for 2013
Renovation of our Residential Kitchen - 2014
