Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Gratitude House is seeking a caring and responsible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide service to clients in residential drug and alcohol treatment facility. Part-Time/Full-Time hours available. Experience and knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health preferred. This position requires a Drug Test and Level 2 Background Screening.
Billing Office AssistantThe Billing Office Assistant is a critical support position to both the Business Manager and Executive Director. This individual will be responsible for grant billing, client billing and Medicaid billing as well as collecting statistical data and documents for monthly/annual reports, reviews and audits. Billing experience is a plus. This position requires a Drug Test and Level 2 Background Screening.
