Lynn Gentithes
Board President
Lynn currently serves as President of the Board of Directors. Since joining the Gratitude House Board in 2005, Lynn has served as Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, as well as been a member of the Capital Campaign committee and Co-chair for both the Fashion Show and the Gala. Lynn earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University where she was a Harry S. Truman Public Affair Scholarship finalist, a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Columbia University. Lynn has worked as a care provider for HIV children and a Grants Coordinator at the Children’s Place/Connor’s Nursery in West Palm Beach, for the New York City Department of Health, the Philadelphia AIDS Consortium and as Budget Director for New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services. Lynn has volunteered extensively with many social services organizations including Visiting Nurse Professional Advisory Committee (NYC), East Harlem AIDS Coalition (NYC), Palm Beach County AIDS Consortium, Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County and Healthy Start Coalition of Palm Beach.
